Services

The townhouses are cleaned weekly but additional cleaning services are an extra cost. Electricity is included . Baby sitting is available at an extra cost.

Smoking inside the houses is not permitted.

No pet animals  are permitted on the premises.

Young children must be supervised by an  adult when swimming in the pools.

Noise must be minimised after 23:00 as a courtesy to other residents.
